Estonian Authors’ Society founded in 8 of October 1991. Our mission has been to be the link between authors and the users of their works – creators should not have to keep track of all the users of their works, and users should not have to seek out authors to ask for permission to use their works.

The Estonian Authors’ Society represents more than 6,000 copyright holders from Estonia and 5 million copyright holders worldwide. We belong to the GESAC and CISAC networks, which bring together authors from 119 countries.
