Due dates
The programme usually has two rounds per year, one in early spring and one in early autumn. The exact dates will be announced on the website of the EAÜ and in other information channels. The EAÜ reserves the right to change the schedule and scope of the programme rounds, based on the decisions of the EAÜ’s General Meeting and Board of Directors.
Schedule of the spring round
- 01/02/2023 – the round opens
- 01/03/2023 (23:59) – deadline for submission of applications (applications received after the deadline will be reviewed in the next round, i.e. in the autumn).
- 01/04/2023 – notification of the committee’s decisions (EAÜ’s website)
In the spring round, projects that will be largely completed in 2023 will be supported. For example, the commission for a composition will be delivered, an event or its production/recording will take place in 2023.
The period of eligibility for this round is 01/01 – 31/12/2023, provided that the project for which the application is submitted is not completed or awarded before 01/03/2023.

- 01/09/2023 (23:59) – deadline for submission of applications (applications received after the deadline will be reviewed in the next round, i.e. in spring).
- 01/10/2023 – notification of the committee’s decisions (EAÜ’s website)
Projects that will be mainly completed in 2023–2024 will be supported in the autumn round.
For example, the commission for a composition will be delivered, an event or a production/recording will take place in 2023–2024.
The period of eligibility for this round is 01/07/2023 – 01/07/2024, provided that the project for which the application is submitted is not completed or awarded before 01/09/2023.
