Estonian Authors` Society informs that EAÜ’s general meeting takes place on Thuesday, 7th of May 2024 at 13:00 o`clock in Kultuurikatel, hall Terrassisaal (Põhja pst 27a, Tallinn).
We will publish the agenda and materials of the meeting no later than 2 weeks before the meeting on the EAÜ website.
All EAÜ members are invited to participate.
Please take an identity document (ID card, passport) with you to the meeting.
Each member has one vote at the general meeting.
EAÜ member can also vote for one absent member at the general meeting on the basis of the relevant power of attorney. If an EAÜ member is not able to participate in the general meeting in person, he/she can give a simple written authorization to participate and vote in the general meeting to his/hers representative, who can be another EAÜ member.
Persons who have received a power of attorney from another EAÜ member to act as a representative at the general meeting, please forward said power of attorney to the EAÜ e-mail address eau@eau.org by Friday May 3 at the latest.
