Song and dance festivals
A financial report shall be submitted after the concert or event. You can submit a repertoire report on the website http://rep.eau.org.
The licence fee for the public performance of musical works at song and dance festivals is 5% of the entrance fee (excluding VAT), with a minimum of €30 per day of the event.
In cases of free entry:
for 1-300 attendees: €20 per day of the event
for 301-600 attendees: €32 per day of the event
for 601-1000 attendees: €50 per day of the event
for each additional 1,000 attendees: an additional €32 per day of the event
For dance festivals, the repertoire report must include the title of the musical work, the composer, the lyricist, and the choreographer who created the dance.
NB! The licence fee rates shown here do not include the amount of VAT to be added by the EAÜ under the Value-Added Tax Act, which is calculated on the EAÜ’s commission and shown as a separate line on the invoice submitted by the EAÜ.
The above licensing fee rates are valid until December 31, 2024.
