Fairs

For a live performance (a band or an artist) in a fair, a repertoire report shall be submitted in addition to the financial report, which can be found at the following website http://rep.eau.org.

This type of agreement is entered into for the use of music at fairs and similar events where the main purpose is to promote and sell goods and services.

The rates of the licence fee are specified in the agreement and depend on whether the event is paid (the amount of the licence fee depends on the income from the sale of tickets) or free of charge (the amount of the fee depends on the income from the rental of the space, a fixed rate may also apply).
