Sports club or other place offering sports facilities
The amount of the licence fee depends on the size of the building, territory, or room.

The agreement does not grant the right to organize events that are essentially concerts or entertainment events significantly centered around music. Such events require a separate license (see concerts and other music-related events).
NB! The licence fee rates shown here do not include the amount of VAT to be added by the EAÜ under the Value-Added Tax Act, which is calculated on the EAÜ’s commission and shown as a separate line on the invoice submitted by the EAÜ.
These licensing fee rates are valid until December 31, 2026.
For a live performance (a band or an artist) in a sport clubs, a repertoire report shall be submitted, which can be found at the following website http://rep.eau.org.
