Tivoli, amusement park
The license fee for the public performance of musical works in a tivoli or amusement park is €25 per event day.
The amount of the license fee for a tivoli or amusement park depends on how many days the tivoli or amusement park is open to the public. The size of the fee does not depend on whether background music is played or live performances (i.e., a performer or band) take place, nor on the amount of music played per day.
NB! The license fee rates stated here do not include VAT as per the Value Added Tax Act. VAT will be calculated on the EAÜ commission fee and will be shown as a separate line item on the invoice issued by EAÜ
