Sports club or other place offering sports facilities
The agreement does not grant the right to organise an event which, in essence, constitutes a concert or an entertainment event with substantial ties to musical works, including a dance competition. Such events require a separate permit (see concerts and sports events).
The amount of the licence fee depends on the size of the building, territory, or room.

NB! The licence fee rates shown here do not include the amount of VAT to be added by the EAÜ under the Value-Added Tax Act, which is calculated on the EAÜ’s commission and shown as a separate line on the invoice submitted by the EAÜ.
